Exchange and Return Policy
- You are entitled to exchange or return the order once within 30 days of the purchase date.
- In case of a manufacturing defect , the replacement will be done directly without any charges .
- The original perfume box must be provided. Returns are not accepted with the packaging only.
- When returning an order after receiving the products , the refund will be issued after deducting the return shipping fees :
- 22 riyals within Riyadh .
- 24 riyals outside Riyadh .
- When requesting a return of products after shipment, the amount will be refunded minus the return shipping cost.
- Note: In case of a defect in the product , the delivery fee will not be deducted.
- In the event of a product being returned , the amount will be transferred to the customer's account within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the product from the shipping company, according to the procedures of the customer's bank.
Important note
The exchange and return service is not available outside of Saudi Arabia due to shipping and customs fees.
The exchange or partial refund service for sets is not available.
