Exchange and Return Policy
- You have the right to exchange or return the order once within 30 days of the delivery date.
- In case of a manufacturing defect , a replacement will be provided immediately free of charge, provided that you contact us within a maximum of 48 hours of order delivery.
- Offers that include more than one perfume are not eligible for partial refunds.
- The original perfume box must be provided. Returns are not accepted with the packaging only.
• Cash on delivery is a paid service, and if the order is returned after it has been received, the cash on delivery fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- When returning an order after receiving the products , the refund will be issued after deducting the return shipping fees :
- 22 riyals within Riyadh .
- 24 riyals outside Riyadh .
- When requesting a return of products after shipment, the amount will be refunded minus the return shipping cost.
- Note: In case of a defect in the product , the delivery fee will not be deducted.
- In the event of a product being returned , the amount will be transferred to the customer's account within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the product from the shipping company, according to the procedures of the customer's bank.
